Frequently asked questions from corporate clients

From what amount is the corporate channel worthwhile?

From CHF 10,000 per order. Below that the standard form on the home page is faster — you enter the amount, get a rate immediately and can order right away. From CHF 10,000 the tiered pricing kicks in, and at that size a personal quote pays for itself.

Why can our company not simply use the normal form?

You can — for purchases up to CHF 1,000,000. Two things argue against it: sales are capped at CHF 10,000 in the web form, and a company verification cannot be handled by a form designed for private individuals. The corporate channel clears both in one pass.

How long does the company verification take?

It depends on how quickly the documents arrive. Once the commercial register extract, the ID and the declaration of beneficial owners are complete, verification is usually finished within a few business days. Delays almost always come from missing signatures, not from the review itself.

Does the tiering apply per order or per month?

Per order. A single order of CHF 60,000 falls into the tier from CHF 50,000. Six orders of CHF 10,000 each fall into the tier from CHF 10,000. If you buy regularly, talk to us — for ongoing business we look at the overall volume.

Can we accept crypto payments from our customers?

Not through this channel. We buy and sell for our own account with you as the counterparty. Accepting payments on behalf of third parties is a different service with different regulatory requirements. If you have already received crypto from customers and want to convert it into francs, that is an ordinary sale — and for that we are the right contact.

Can payouts go to third-party wallets?

No. We deliver only to wallets your company demonstrably controls, and pay out only to a bank account in your company name. This is not an internal precaution but follows from due-diligence obligations.

Which currencies can we settle in?

CHF, EUR and USD. The tier is always determined by the Swiss franc equivalent at the time of the order.

Are you our contractual counterparty or a broker?

We are your direct counterparty. You transfer to us, we deliver to you — with no exchange in between and no foreign platform at which your company would have to open an account.
